Quinoa Energy Bars

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until they form a consistent mixture.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, pressing down firmly into an even layer.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges begin to turn golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  6. Using the parchment paper overhangs, lift the block out of the dish. Cut into bars.
  7. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy as a nutritious snack!
